Sololaki Heritage House is the full restoration of an early-20th-century mansion house in Sololaki, the historic heart of Old Tbilisi: an ochre and weathered-cream plaster facade, tall arched windows with restored wooden shutters, and two levels of carved dark-wood balconies with turned balusters projecting over the cobbled street.
