Sololaki Heritage House is the full restoration of an early-20th-century mansion house in Sololaki, the historic heart of Old Tbilisi: an ochre and weathered-cream plaster facade, tall arched windows with restored wooden shutters, and two levels of carved dark-wood balconies with turned balusters projecting over the cobbled street. Eight residences with 3.8 m ceilings, restored original plaster mouldings, parquet flooring, private carved-wood balconies and a landscaped carriage courtyard with potted olive and citrus trees beneath a vine-covered pergola.
