Inside the service: tenant selection, contract work, payment control, current support (plumbing, appliances, small repairs), seasonal preparation, quarterly reporting to the owner, tax support on rental income.

from 5% of rent — 5–8% of monthly rent plus a one-off fee for tenant placement (50% of the first month's rent). Minimum contract term — 12 months.
